We are looking for a Senior Cable Installation Engineer – Offhore Wind Projects to work within our Business Area Wind, Offshore, Project Delivery &amp; Engineering. The Engineering department is the technical backbone within Business Area Wind, setting the standards and guidelines as well as being embedded within our projects to drive technical excellence through the whole project lifecycle. Working within the Project Execution department of Project Delivery &amp; Engineering, grouped in the Transportation &amp; Installation Engineering team our installation engineers use their strong technical and project management competences to develop and deliver class-leading cable installation methodologies to project to meet the requirements of our strong offshore wind portfolio across northern Europe. Your Job as Senior Cable Installation Engineer  <ul><li>Provide cable installation engineering expertise to Offshore Wind development projects in order to deliver key engineering assignments </li><li>Provide HSE leadership in the design and specification of offshore cable installation methodologies </li><li>Be accountable for individual projects in delivery phases to support the Installation Manager in overall Cable Installation package delivery across the BU Offshore portfolio </li><li>Responsible for project-specific engineering tasks within the development phase to understand and mitigate project-specific engineering risks  </li><li>Supporting Operational Service in providing engineering skills to major operational wind farm replacement/maintenance campaigns. </li><li>Contribute to the structural growth of the Transportation &amp; Installation Engineering team by taking ownership in development work packages </li><li>Play a key role in developing project engineering competences</li><li>Develop your own competences both in project management as well as offshore installation methodologies </li></ul>
