This role offers hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing, working closely with engineers, suppliers, and quality assurance teams to ensure high-precision fabrication and assembly. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review engineering drawings and CAD models to understand part design and manufacturing requirements.</li><li>Tooling design for composite manufacturing processes and assembly of major subsystems.</li><li>Assess and interpret Quality Assurance (QA) requirements for part fabrication, ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to verify part specifications, material selection, and production processes.</li><li>Assist in documentation and tracking of fabrication processes, supporting quality control and process improvements.</li><li>Provide engineering support for troubleshooting manufacturing challenges and resolving design-to-production issues.</li></ul>Desired Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion, CATIA, or NX) is preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control in aerospace or related industries.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>This position provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable industry experience in aerospace manufacturing and preproduction aircraft development. Company Benefits: 1.
