AECOM is seeking a qualified and motivated On-Site Construction Project Manager to oversee projects that are part of the Sustainable Water Initiative for Tomorrow (SWIFT) Program located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing large water/wastewater engineering projects, collaborative project delivery and be familiar with the design, construction and operation of water, wastewater and/or water reuse treatment and conveyance infrastructure.  This position involves working in an a fast-paced work environment at an active treatment facility.  The candidate will work to build a cooperative partnership between client, contractors, and all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of project issues and the overall success of the project. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with project team members and across multiple organizations, have a high level of initiative and motivation to deliver quality results, have strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to provide value-added solutions and maintain strong relationships in a collaborative delivery environment acting as the Owner’s Site Representative.
