Your mission is to build strong relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and fleet operators to secure B2B sales of Lucid’s cutting-edge electric vehicles and associated services.  The primary focus will be on fleets ranging from 25 to 500 vehicles.  The Role Business Development <ul><li>Identify and engage with clients, leasing partners, and fleet operators to expand Lucid Motors’ footprint in the Dutch market. </li><li>Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to position Lucid as a preferred EV brand among customers. </li></ul>Sales Strategy <ul><li>Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the specific needs of clients.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings, pricing models, and after-sales services for maximum impact. </li></ul>Relationship Management <ul><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and aligning Lucid’s solutions to meet their business needs. </li></ul>Negotiation and Closing <ul><li>Lead contract negotiations with a focus on long-term value creation.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. </li></ul>Market Analysis <ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to the management team. </li></ul>Customer Experience <ul><li>Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire sales journey and beyond. </li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul><li>Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.</li><li>Collaborate actively with the Lucid Studio in Hilversum to support local engagement and visibility. </li></ul> Reporting Line &amp; Travel The B2B Sales Manager reports directly to the Director Corporate Sales Europe. Up to 50% travel may be required based on business needs. Regular presence in the Amsterdam office is expected, as the role also serves as a key ambassador for corporate sales within the Lucid EU sales team and systems.  Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li><li>5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales—preferably in the automotive or EV sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Dutch automotive landscape, including leasing structures and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands and occasionally abroad. </li></ul> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
