Your role will be vital in delivering high-quality payroll support to our internal employees.This is a fixed-term position for 12 months. How You'll Make an Impact<ul><li>Manage payroll processing for employees in Finland, ensuring compliance with local laws, CBAs and company policies in collaboration with our payroll vendor.</li><li>Maintain payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Provide payroll-related reports as needed.</li><li>Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Proven experience in payroll operations in Finland.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Finnish labour laws and Technology Industries Collective Agreements.</li><li>Proficiency in payroll and time systems and MS Office tools.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in Finnish and English.</li></ul>More about usInterested in joining the team?
