We expect all team members to aim to go well beyond industry standards to positively impact every project we work on.As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, and working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will inspire, analyse, report, model ESD projects and liaise with clients with the aim of expanding the sustainability portfolio, in line with Cundall’s Zero Carbon Design 2030 Target.You will ideally have experience in a similar role working in ESD consulting in the built environment and be looking to take the next step in your career and increase your client exposure, job management, and leadership qualities. Your work will span all sectors and potentially offer a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to influence, and in some cases lead, our national capabilities, and processes, based on the level of experience already gained in the industry.<h2>The Skills</h2>• Engineering, Architecture, or built environment related degree.• 3-5 years of ESD consulting experience in the built environment sector. • With knowledge in green rating systems LEED, WELL, Green Mark, Hong Kong BEAM Plus etc, and have a passion for creative and intuitive design. • Developed knowledge of engineering and architectural principles to analyse and interpret documentation and drawings. • Possess a body of knowledge that allows you to evaluate ESD attributes and opportunities within designs, and where improvements are required (mechanical, façade, spatial, etc)• Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment.• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, effectively resourcing to meet client deadlines. Preferable, but not essential:-LEED or WELL Accreditation.-Experience in building physics modeling (Energy, Daylight, Comfort, Parametrics). -Experience in Climate Active &amp; Carbon Neutral-Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using One Click LCA or equivalent software-Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Cantonese would be advantageous but no mandatory Job Description    Your career at Cundall   We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
