This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.</span></div><br><br><h3>How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:</h3><ul><li>Facilitate coordination of new engineering designfor aircraft systems</li><li>Communicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teams</li><li>Assist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systems</li><li>Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementation</li><li>Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst</li><li>Analyze engineering releases data integrity and prepare product for ERP </li><li>Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability</li><li>Maintain world class production standards of quality and safety</li><li>Coordinate and prioritize work in an extremely dynamic environment</li><li>Collaborate with adjacent teams on continuous improvement projects</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment</li><li>Degree in an engineering discipline</li><li>General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor</li><li>Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and ability to perform under pressure</li><li>Extremely strong communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical problem-solving and thought leadership</li><li>Skilled in mathematics, specifically in data analysis</li><li>Strong ability to perform both as a part of a team and to perform as an individual</li><li>Desire to change the world of aviation forever</li><li>A passion for flight!</li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Plex ERP Experience</li><li>Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience</li><li>Internship in manufacturing with a preference for aerospace experience</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</h3><ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
