Requirements Engineering &amp; Communication<ul><li>Function as a bridge between global business users and the Shared Service Centre delivery team.</li><li>Support the team in understanding and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.</li><li>Establish best practices and training for requirements gathering and documentation.</li><li>Ensure clarity and alignment in all handovers between global and India-based service teams.</li></ul>4.
