The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding, financial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive high-quality development and implementation across the full project lifecycle.  If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! <ul><li>Lead and manage the BESS project portfolio in Poland, including greenfield development, acquisitions, and implementation activities.</li><li>Oversee economic, legal, and technical feasibility assessments across all BESS value streams (capacity market, arbitrage, FCR/FRR, and others) to ensure profitability.</li><li>Support development, construction, and O&amp;M teams throughout project lifecycle stages.</li><li>Drive project financing activities before and after COD, ensuring alignment with commercial and technical project aspects.</li><li>Collaborate closely with central business development, project finance, and modelling teams to evaluate and optimise BESS projects.</li><li>Ensure high-quality project management and efficient stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.</li></ul>
