The Finance team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and stewarding the company transition from R&amp;D and product development to operating and scaling a commercial service. This will include activities in month-end close, planning and forecast cycles, managerial and ad-hoc reporting, master data governance, and several other high-impact areas, with specific focus on corporate system enhancement projects. This central role will interface with business partners across other Finance functions as well as Accounting, Business Applications, People Experience, and multiple Departments within the Zoox organization.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">A successful candidate must be willing and able to work through ambiguity to understand and develop process requirements and quickly ramp to take ownership of your workstreams. Effective collaboration and communication will be key to delivering accurate and timely results that add strategic insights to the Finance ecosystem. </span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Manage Zoox and Department level managerial reporting packages for month-end and quarter-end reporting</li><li>Update Planning Cycle templates and trackers for annual Operational Plans and quarterly Risk &amp; Opportunities updates</li><li>Master Data Governance, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems through company expansion into Production Manufacturing and Commercial Service</li><li>Oversee month-end goods receipt and invoice accrual investigations and maintenance</li><li>Lead Anaplan, SAP, Ariba, and other system enhancement projects to enable streamlined planning and reporting</li><li>Ad-hoc projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3+ years experience in an FP&amp;A, Accounting, Business Analyst, or other analytical role</li><li>2+ years of direct experience with business process development, building and maintaining Excel-based financial models, forecast input templates, and dashboards</li><li>Experience with annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, capital budgeting, and/or long-term strategic planning</li><li>Experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc), and best-in-class planning and reporting tools (Anaplan, OneStream, Looker, etc) </li><li>Ability to  develop strong, cross-functional working relationships across the finance team and beyond </li><li>Highly analytical, with proven ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data to develop clear insights and recommendations</li><li>BA/BS degree, preferably in a Finance, Accounting, Data Science or a quantitative field</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
