Working as a senior member of our Decision Science team performing in depth analyses, understanding key operational metrics and drivers of those metrics, and collaborating across different business stakeholders to enable data driven insights. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance,  Marketing and Executive Leadership Team, to understand business needs, translate that to data requirements, and suggest key metrics to further support business decisions.Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security in the data products delivered; and own the documentation of data flows and logic. Promote Curated Data and Self-service Insights: Collaborate closely with Data and Analytical Engineering, Data Product Manager and stakeholders, designing and developing company standard curated data and metrics to democratize insights. Foster Data Culture: Help cultivate a strong data-driven culture by actively contributing to the data and analytics community.Innovate: Stay updated on BI best practices, tools, and emerging trends to enhance analytics capabilities.Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role within the technology sector.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred QualificationsTechnical Skills:<ul><li>Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data extraction, manipulation and analysis</li><li>Advanced analysis and data visualization skills and experience working with tools like Tableau, Quicksight, Superset, R libraries (e.g., dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr) or Python libraries (e.g., Seaborn, Matplotlib)</li><li>Knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) and ETL processes</li><li>Expertise in statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and causal inference</li><li>Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation</li><li>Experience with data governance and management tools (Atlan, Alation)</li></ul>Business Skills:<ul><li>Solid problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
