Work with Human Resources to investigate accidents &amp; implement permanent, corrective actions.</li><li>Participate in annual budget processes (operational &amp; capital) to assure all expenses are accounted for &amp; justified. Link capital expenditures to continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Achieve financial objectives by managing an operating &amp; expenses budget along with associated staffing levels &amp; productivity.</li><li>Develop solutions through analytical processes</li><li>Effectively manage ERP operations and upgrades</li><li>Translate overall strategic business objectives into specific department action plans &amp; initiatives. Manage &amp; track progress of improvement plans to present status to upper management on a regular basis.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Operations Management, Logistics) or related field.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 25%.</li><li>5+ years of direct or related experience managing a distribution network or logistics center.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Working knowledge of JD Edwards OneWorld (Oracle ERP).</li><li>Experience leading overall distribution in a multi-site format.</li><li>Experience Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote employees.</li><li>Experience leading warehouse flow assessments, implementations, and improvements.</li><li>Working knowledge of all aspects of distribution centers and distribution management, including safety and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Solid understanding &amp; use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.</li><li>Six Sigma/LEAN experience, preferably in a distribution/warehouse/logistics center environment.
