We will, however, consider Europe (with travel) for exceptional candidates - alongside relocation support if possible to Munich or Berlin.Your Role We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help convert our fast-growing global interest into long-term relationships and contracts. You will drive daily sales execution, manage our pipeline, and ensure structured follow-up across government and commercial accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn, build, and grow within a dynamic team shaping the future of European space intelligence. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow accounts across government, commercial, and prime partners. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate through CRM (HubSpot) and develop custom reports and dashboards. </li></ul><ul><li>Support proposal preparation, bid coordination, and presentations. </li></ul><ul><li>Build sales collateral and contribute to marketing and outreach efforts. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent constellr. </li></ul><ul><li>Support consortium-based sales and partnership activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to a high-performance, data-driven sales culture. </li></ul>About youRequired: <ul><li>3–6 years of experience in B2B or data-driven solution sales, ideally within technology, analytics, or geospatial sectors; government sales experience is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of satellite and data delivery concepts (missions, orbits, data products). </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and organisational skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong data literacy — able to interpret analytical outputs, work with data platforms, and translate insights into customer value. </li></ul><ul><li>Employment is subject to security regulations. Applicants must be citizens of a NATO member state to meet clearance and access control requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Europe-based, with Germany (Munich or Berlin) strongly preferred for close collaboration and travel convenience.
