Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.</li><li>Find and develop new markets and improving sales.</li><li>Plan and oversee new market initiatives in the Dairy Sector</li><li>Model incoming revenue and new business opportunities and work with the team to ensure appropriate resources are available for execution.</li><li>Recognize and communicate opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.</li><li>Facilitate the collection, organization and presentation of market intelligence for the hygiene market.</li><li>Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.</li><li>Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends</li><li>Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.</li><li>Establish and achieve revenue goals.</li><li>Train personnel and helping team members and dealers to develop their skills.</li><li>Identify and prioritize market requirements, new products / features based on customer input and market data. Coordinate the market information with Sales support and the R &amp; D team.</li><li>Work with the marketing group to develop sales and marketing tools for the Canada market</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>BA/BS or more than 5 years of experience in all relevant fields of sales strategy, marketing, sales operations</li><li>Demonstrated and proven results in prior positions, specifically building successful process for sales organizations, dealing with sales executive, customers, consultants and service providers</li><li>Ability to predict and anticipate future opportunities and challenges and create solutions in advance</li><li>Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics</li><li>Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization while looking at situations from several points of view</li><li>Persuasive with details and facts</li><li>High level of curiosity to learn about everything relevant to the job and industry</li><li>Experienced Computer Skills (MS Office, databases, and Salesforce)</li><li>Bilingual (French &amp; English) would be a strong asset</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
