<h2>The Team</h2>Cundall’s Building Services teams pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable built environment solutions which are efficient, sustainable and cost effective and minimise the use of natural resources.  As one of the longest established of Cundall’s many offices, the Dublin team are a source of world leading expertise – and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.  Sustainability is embedded throughout Cundall and we are committed to achieving zero carbon design on all of our projects by 2030. <h2>The Role</h2>This is an excellent opportunity for a talented MEP Revit Technician to join our team at our office in Dublin to produce BIM Models &amp; CAD drawings for all stages of design for a wide range of exciting building . As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will develop  coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit software.  Additionally, you will have opportunities to use a variety of other digital engineering tools and software to support the design processes. <h2>The Skills</h2>Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent) and worked on projects delivered in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (or equivalent international BIM frameworks); you will have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building based role, you will be adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists.
