You will work closely with our sales and business development team to optimize our existing products and create new, innovative anode material products to meet customer needs. You will lead graphite anode optimization and battery cell testing to produce high-quality, reproducible graphite for battery manufacturer and EV OEM qualification. You are a scrappy self-starter with a bias to action. You enjoy being hands-on and building physical systems, and you are comfortable translating complex problems into achievable goals.
