In this role, you will lead and support process engineering activities across Air Separation Units (ASU), Auto Thermal Reformers (ATR), and Hydrogen Production Units (HPU). You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead commissioning and start-up of new plants, ensuring a flawless transition to full operation.</li><li>Provide expert process engineering support for ASU, ATR, and HPU technologies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize plant operations, driving timely resolution of performance issues.</li><li>Guide and support junior engineers and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Lead hazard studies, risk assessments, and process safety initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate plant modifications, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with controls and instrumentation teams to improve plant automation and control systems.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for energy savings, capacity increases, and reliability improvements.</li><li>Participate in turnarounds, shutdowns, and non-standard operations.</li><li>Stay informed about current safety and engineering guidelines.</li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in industrial gases or petrochemical sectors.</li><li>Proven leadership in plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of process safety, control systems, and engineering standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Capability to thrive in a dynamic, diverse setting.</li></ul><h2>Work conditions and benefits package</h2><ul><li>Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions</li><li>Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)</li><li>The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Karshi, Kashkadarya Region</li><li>When relocating to Karshi a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rentan apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)</li><li>Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocationof the employee and family members to the place of destination)</li><li>Annual leave – 21 calendar days.
