<p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at our state-of-the-art stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our facility, staff, and visitors during various events and daily operations.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions</li><li>Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures</li><li>Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors</li><li>Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards</li><li>Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs</li><li>Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics</li><li>Collaborate with event organizers and stadium management to ensure safety during sports events and other large gatherings</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends in stadium management</li></ul>
