The Expert Recruitment Officer play a key role in identifying, engaging and coordinating expert consultants for EU-funded technical assistance and other development cooperation projects. The role involves supporting the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with donor procedures, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, project managers and other internal departments. A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES  Expert Sourcing and Posting:<ul><li>Conduct targeted searches for qualified experts on internal and external databases, professional networks and specialized expert platforms, in line with project requirements.</li><li>Publish and monitor expert announcements on relevant professional networks, specialized platforms and donor portals.</li><li>Ensure timely updates and follow-up to maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.</li></ul> Candidate Selection and Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with project teams to validate profiles, assess candidatures and manage communication with identified experts.</li><li>Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluation and reference checks for shortlisted experts, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, internal teams and project partners. </li></ul> Offer and Contract Administration:<ul><li>Prepare offers, related required documentation and/or consultancy agreements in line with company and Donor contracts guidelines. </li><li>Coordinate internal approval workflows and distribution of information within the various departments.</li></ul> Compliance and Checks:<ul><li>Support the administration of pre-engagement checks, including verification of references, degrees, and professional experience, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and internal quality standards.</li></ul> Database and Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate candidate and project records in the recruitment system.
