<ul><li>Develop and lead the execution of ESG programs for Corporate Real Estate, ensuring alignment with enterprise sustainability and governance goals.</li><li>Establish measurable targets for energy, water, and waste reduction across the real estate portfolio, and oversee progress toward achievement.</li><li>Drive initiatives that advance carbon neutrality and improve overall workplace sustainability.</li><li>Manage ESG data collection and reporting for corporate real estate (GHG emissions, energy intensity, LEED/WELL certifications, etc.).</li><li>Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of data used for enterprise ESG disclosures and frameworks such as CDP, GRESB, and SASB.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress against sustainability goals.</li><li>Collaborate with landlords, service providers, and design/construction teams to integrate ESG principles into new projects and existing operations.</li><li>Champion supplier diversity initiatives and sustainable procurement practices.</li><li>Partner with HR and Communications to drive employee engagement around sustainable workplace behaviors.</li><li>Support programs that enhance employee well-being (WELL, Fitwel, or similar standards).</li><li>Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations, certifications, and internal governance policies.</li><li>Advise on ESG risks and opportunities within the real estate portfolio.</li><li>Recommend cross-functional and cross-regional process alignment and standardizations within functional accountability</li><li>Plan and develop multiple short to medium term projects and contribute to long term initiatives planning. Lead moderate to complex projects as required by the business.</li></ul>
