Lead annual &amp; quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments and track performance against budget. Develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning.</li><li>Performance monitoring: Monitor, analyse and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team for key decisions (including P&amp;L, cash flow statements, balance sheets and variance analysis) and actively highlight key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches. Perform and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports </li><li>Automation: Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards and reporting systems. Support roll-out of the Accounting ERP system as well as other finance tooling</li><li>Process design: Develop and implement robust finance processes and policies that align with the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.</li></ul> Your profile Must haves<ul><li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Extensive experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years working as a Senior FP&amp;A Analyst in dedicated FP&amp;A teams in scaleups, corporates or a consulting environment</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end execution of business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting), and analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.</li><li>Data analysis skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, automation mindset, bonus points for experience with CRMs like Salesforce and deal pipeline data)</li><li>Ability to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.</li><li>Acts as a facilitator of finance within the business, ensuring all levels understand how to generate value.</li></ul> Bonus points for<ul><li>Well rounded accounting experience in a fast growth scale up </li><li>Having worked with SaaS businesses in the past</li></ul> What we offer you Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Your expertise matters to us.
