<div> The opportunityWe’re looking for a PR &amp; Communications Specialist to join our Brand and Marketing team at Polestar Norway. In this role, you’ll drive public relations and communication efforts to elevate Polestar’s brand presence through owned and earned media. You’ll work closely with both local and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling across platforms. An intrest in cars and substainibility is key and it is regarded as benefical if you already have a good network within the industry especially on the PR side. This position is based in Oslo, Norway, and is mainly on-site. The responsibilities In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing PR strategies, managing media relations, and overseeing content across digital channels. Your work will directly support Polestar’s visibility and reputation in the Norwegian market.Main tasks include: <ul><li>Build and maintain media and influence relationships</li><li>Develop and distribute press materials aligned with brand messaging</li><li>Lead PR campaigns and analyze their impact</li><li>Manage website content, newsletters, and CRM initiatives</li><li>Act as community manager for Facebook in collaboration with Customer Experience</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all communications</li><li>Support executive positioning through media opportunities </li></ul>The ideal candidateYou’re a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and brand building. You bring creativity, precision, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.We’re looking for someone with:<ul><li>A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar</li><li>3+ years of experience in PR or communications, ideally in automotive or tech</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms</li><li>Experience with CMS, email marketing, and social media tools</li><li>Fluency in Norwegian and English</li></ul>Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented.
