The ideal candidate will support engineers and researchers in setting up, maintaining, and operating electronic equipment for testing, prototyping, and diagnostics.<div></div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in assembling, wiring, and testing electronic circuits and prototypes</li><li>Operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, soldering stations, etc.</li><li>Support in PCB soldering (through-hole and SMD), rework, and component mounting</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of test results, procedures, and lab inventory</li><li>Always Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols</li><li>Support calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab equipment</li><li>Inventory maintenance for all lab devices and electronic BOM</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams for prototype development and debugging</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the electronics lab</li><li>Candidate well knowledge on 6S and follow safety guidelines</li></ul><div></div>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation</li><li>Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits</li><li>Hands-on experience with soldering and basic electronic tools</li><li>Familiarity with reading circuit diagrams and technical manuals</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply</li></ul><div></div>Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):<ul><li>Experience in PCB design tools (like Altium)</li><li>Knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, STM32, PIC)</li><li>Experience in embedded systems or testing automation tools</li></ul><div></div>Work Environment:<ul><li>Based in our Bangalore facility (Lab environment – R&amp;D or Testing Lab)</li><li>Full-time, Monday to Friday</li></ul><div></div>Salary:As per company standards based on experience and qualification.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
