Your tasks include:<ul><li>Structural and design development of our building system</li><li>Detailed and product development specific to timber construction</li><li>Development of technical solutions taking into account manufacturing and assembly (DfMA principles) as well as sustainability and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Development and verification of design and dimensioning tools for multi-story timber construction</li><li>Creating project-specific stability certificates and structural design documentation for timber construction</li><li>Project management for structural design in timber construction</li><li>Close collaboration with our experts in architecture, building services, building physics, fire protection, production, and execution</li><li>Contributing to the further development of our digital value chain in collaboration with our product and tech teams</li><li> </li></ul>About you:<ul><li>Successfully completed master's/diploma degree in a relevant field (civil engineering, timber construction, structural engineering)</li><li>Several years of experience in structural design for timber construction projects in Germany and/or Austria</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the relevant Eurocodes and their application (especially Eurocode 5)</li><li>Affinity for digital processes and their further development</li><li>Fluent communication skills in German and English</li><li>Experience in timber construction companies, in timber construction product development, or additional training in carpentry or similar is an advantage</li><li>Experience with Dlubal RFEM, AutoCAD, Rhino is an advantage</li></ul> What we offer:<div><div><ul><li>An unlimited all-in contract with 25 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
