The Test Engineer also supports innovation by identifying opportunities to improve testing tools, methodologies, and team practices.Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute test plans and strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing, including teardown analysis and defect reporting.</li><li>Design, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency and consistency.</li><li>Track, document, and communicate testing progress, results, and issues to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve issues and drive continuous quality improvement.</li><li>Ensure calibration and adherence to established testing and compliance standards (e.g., AWWA, MID).</li><li>Identify and implement process enhancements, tools, and best practices to optimize testing operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an engineering or testing environment.</li><li>Proficiency with lab test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and related diagnostic tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a team environment.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
