Your main tasks: <ul><li>Drive sales strategy with Distributors in France.</li><li>Build relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs.</li><li>Co-develop smart solutions with EMS specialists.</li><li>Oversee projects from tender to commissioning.</li><li>Spot trends, tech, and market opportunities.</li><li>Align with global teams to scale our impact.</li><li>Represent SUNGROW at key industry events and trade shows.</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Strong commercial and technical background.</li><li>Solid experience in sales and marketing.</li><li>Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.</li><li>Leadership skills to unite and motivate teams.</li><li>Good English-level (minimum B2 level).</li><li>Fluent/Native French (C1/C2).</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.</li></ul> Why us?
