These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.Responsibilities / TasksFor our Separation &amp; Flow Technologies Division we are looking for a Market Manager to perform the following tasks:<ul><li>Meet annual sales and order intake targets for Environmental applications.</li><li>Negotiate sales orders ensuring acceptable gross margin contribution.</li><li>Increase GEA Westfalia market share and hit rate towards Spain and Portugal environmental customers.</li><li>Support the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing in defining sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.</li><li>Cooperate with service sales team to adapt service strategy to demands coming out from environmental customers.</li><li>Manage and report the entire offer project process: customer contact, scope definition, commercial negotiations, and project execution support.</li><li>Prospect and cooperate with external partners.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and support product development and service sales.</li><li>Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Environmental Studies or related field</li><li>Relevant experience in environmental market.</li><li>Proven negotiation and contracting skills.</li><li>Proficient English &amp; Spanish (mandatory).</li><li>CRM proficiency.</li><li>Willing to travel across Spain and Portugal.</li><li>Deep business understanding with a strong customer focus.</li><li>Open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team player, excellent networker and negotiator.</li><li>Outstanding communication and sales skills.</li><li>Ability to engage with customers at different levels.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with flexible remuneration options (e.g., health insurance, restaurant tickets).</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option for remote work (two days per week).</li><li>23 days of vacation per year.</li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international level.</li><li>Join a company recognized as a "Top Employer 2025."</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
