Maintenance Foremen – Electrical is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all maintenance activities within the factory. This role ensures reliable operation of machinery, and equipment by leading a team of technicians, scheduling preventive and corrective.Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…General Task Management<ul><li>Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and resources </li><li>Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices.</li><li>Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.</li><li>Oversee routine preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Maintenance codes, standards, and factory safety guidelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for electrical systems.</li><li>Implement lock-out/tag-out and other safety procedures during maintenance.</li><li>Ability to implement new system and miner modifying for the machinery.</li></ul>People Management<ul><li>Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy, support Production and quality Dep to achieve the goals.</li></ul>Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…<ul><li>Relevant engineering diploma  is preferred, </li><li>Prior experience of working in manufacturing environment and </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial/factory maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial and plant maintenance , control systems, PLCs, motors, and automation </li><li>Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments.</li><li>Very good communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences…<ul><li>Team player with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Shift work and emergency call-outs may be required. </li></ul>Thank you for considering a career with Nextracker.
