<ul><li>Actively engage prospective drivers and test general driving ability</li><li>Carryout visual acuity test, to check eye defects or otherwise</li><li>Conduct psychometric test for each prospective driver, to confirm mental health status</li><li>Ensure that cones are properly placed at adequate distance from each other</li><li>Check understanding of safety measures and driving laws</li><li>Confirm prospect's reverse driving ability</li><li>Engage prospective driver and pass them onto the next of driver recruitment process</li><li>Conduct vision test and make recommendation</li><li>Deploy psychometric assessment</li><li>Document and report on prospects' performance during tests</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 0-1 year experience in a similar role</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
