Be on the forefront of manufacturing R&amp;D</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited University</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in an automation engineering role</li><li>Strong background in machine control systems including PLCs, servo controls, and Variable Speed Drives and troubleshooting</li><li>Experience incorporating industrial vision systems </li><li>Experience with creating technical specifications, statements of work, and requests for quotes for fully integrated industrial automation systems</li><li>Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks or Catia preferred) </li><li>A self-starter who is well organized, disciplined, a team player, and has strong communication skills </li><li>Comfortable working and trouble shooting High Voltage electrical systems</li><li>Google G-Suite including drive, mail, calendar, docs, sheets, slides, charts, slack, application lifecycle </li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, particularly experience with ASME Y-14.5 preferred</li><li>Understanding of material properties and their appropriate application  </li><li>Machine integration with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems</li><li>Experience with Rockwell and Siemens control platforms and Keyence Vision systems</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</h3><ul><li>Must be able to be active on their feet for a full 8-hour shift</li><li>Able to lift 25lbs</li><li>Able to be in front of a computer for at least several hours</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:18px;"><b>Build electric airplanes with us!</b></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We encourage all driven candidates to apply, even if they do not meet every listed qualification.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We are an equal opportunity employer.
