Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute the global sales enablement strategy to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Onboarding &amp; Training: Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Content &amp; Tools: Partner with marketing, product, and operations to provide relevant, easy-to-access content, playbooks, and tools that support every stage of the sales cycle.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Coaching &amp; Development: Partner with sales leadership to embed coaching frameworks and reinforce best practices across teams.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Sales Process Optimization: Align enablement programs with sales processes, methodologies, and CRM usage to ensure consistency and efficiency.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Performance Measurement: Define success metrics, track adoption and impact of enablement initiatives, and communicate results to leadership.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure sales teams are aligned, informed, and equipped for success.</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).</li><li>Experience creating and scaling enablement programs for high-growth sales organizations.</li><li>Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficiency with sales tools and platforms (experience with HubSpot an important asset).</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize program effectiveness.</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Join an early-stage, well-financed company</li><li>Advance Novisto’s purpose of contributing to the sustainability of the economy, environment, and society by empowering companies to make better decisions and disclosures through our ESG data management software</li><li>Contribute your knowledge and insights to increase awareness and knowledge of sustainability</li><li>Generous health benefits </li><li>Flexible schedules</li><li>4 weeks of vacation </li><li>Stock option plan</li></ul>
