Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Management of the site's maintenance team and maintenance related contractors, consisting of mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, facility management.</li><li>Machine Safety: Takes responsibility for machine add-ons or modifications with the target of compliance with the machine safety standard (FSS5). </li><li>Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure timely detection of technical issues. Establish equipment inspection and testing requirements to detect signs of failure to prevent unplanned breakdown.</li><li>Breakdown Maintenance: Resolve on-site issues, develop solutions, preventative measures, and keep documentation.</li><li>Modifications and Projects: Perform modifications based on special requirements, ensuring that components of the relevant equipment/systems meet predetermined quality requirements.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>A degree in electrical engineering or electrical design.</li><li>5+ years of relevant maintenance experience, with at least 3 years of experience in equipment management.
