Lead from the front- organizing and participating in call blitzes and live coaching sessions.<ul><li>Build, refine, and optimize multichannel cadences and messaging.</li><li>Develop SDRs through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and structured enablement.</li><li>Maintain a rigorous operating rhythm with clear KPIs, reporting, and funnel diagnostics.</li><li>Partner with Marketing and Sales to align ICP, targeting, and handoff quality.</li><li>Experiment with and implement AI-first tooling to increase productivity and personalization.</li><li>Surface actionable insights and recommendations to leadership using data and dashboards.</li></ul>  To be more specific, this includes: 1. Manage &amp; grow your team 👫 <ul><li>Lead and coach our Sales Development Representatives Team to provide Large Enterprise Qualified Leads to our Account Executives.</li><li>Participate in the recruiting process by interviewing potential candidates, and making hiring recommendations.</li><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions, team meetings and 121s.</li><li>Resolve routine problems and act as the first point of escalation for SDRs.</li><li>Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.</li><li>Encouraging creativity and strategic thinking.</li><li>Monitoring KPIs improve the efficiency of SDR processes. </li></ul> 3.
