As a HW Design Engineer, you will be a key member of our R&amp;D team, responsible for end-to-end hardware development from concept through to final product. You will lead the design of advanced digital and power boards, working with cutting-edge SoCs, MCUs, and network processors.Responsibilities : <ul> <li>development: from system concept to mass production. </li> <li> Definition of system and component specifications. </li> <li> Circuit simulation, modeling, schematic design, and validation. </li> <li> PCB and flex design: schematic capture, layout guidance, and bring-up. </li> <li> Hardware debugging at component, board, and system levels. </li> <li> Development and execution of hardware test plans. </li> <li> Collaboration with cross-functional teams (SW, Mechanical, Production) to ensure robust product design. </li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven experience in digital circuit design. </li> <li> Strong background in power electronics: buck, boost, DC-DC converters, and LDO design. </li> <li> Hands-on experience with OrCAD or equivalent schematic/layout tools. </li> <li> Expertise in PCB and flex design, layout best practices, and board bring-up. </li> <li> Skilled in debugging and validating serial communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.). </li> <li> Experience in power management design and battery life optimization. </li> <li> Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (SPICE or equivalent). </li> </ul><h3>Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills</h3><ul> <li> 2+ years of proven hardware design experience (mandatory). </li> <li> Advantage: Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, DDR3/DDR4. </li> <li> Advantage: Knowledge of PoE (Power over Ethernet) design. </li> <li> Solid understanding of Electronic Engineering fundamentals, including Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). </li> <li> Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers). </li> <li> Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. </li> </ul>
