YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Assignment of tasks that support the business through finance processes</li><li>Assist in development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts</li><li>Perform various monthly reporting and data gathering tasks needed for key internal and external reporting</li><li>Improve processes by eliminating non-value added work through the use of technology and continuous improvement tools</li><li>Champion the Oshkosh “People First” competencies to engage and connect with team members</li><li>Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion</li></ul> MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>US Citizenship is required due to government contracts</li><li>Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field</li></ul> STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) throughout the summer and possibly part-time throughout the school year based on successful performance</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Teams) with a desire to learn</li><li>Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment</li></ul>Pay Range: $18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
