You’ll also lead a team of support engineers to ensure system uptime, resolve technical issues, and drive manufacturing digitization initiatives.</p><h3> </h3><h3>You Will</h3><ul><li>Ensure MES system uptime across all shifts and coordinate support coverage.</li><li>Lead support engineers, assign tasks, and drive issue resolution.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for system feedback.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory, backups, and 6S compliance.</li><li>Evaluate change requests and conduct user acceptance testing.</li><li>Support MES installation, validation, and remote support automation.</li><li>Execute MES-related pråojects and coordinate hardware setup and testing.</li><li>Analyze machine/process data and develop optimized digital solutions.</li><li>Maintain project tracking and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>You Bring</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in MES systems and manufacturing support.</li><li>3+ years in plant operations and IT applications; 2+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Experience with MES, ICS, IIoT, PLCs, SCADA, and OT protocols.</li><li>Programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, C#, and Visual Basic.</li><li>Familiarity with sensors, actuators, robots, AGVs, and manufacturing hardware.</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, uptime, throughput, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in documentation tools like Smartsheet, Visio, and MS Project.</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
