Spanning 16 miles of tolled express lanes, the project includes major structural works, BRT integration, and extensive environmental and utility coordination. The Hazardous Materials Manager (HMM) is a required role under the Technical Provisions, responsible for ensuring safe handling and compliance of all hazardous material activities.<br><br>The Hazardous Materials Manager (HMM) is responsible for overseeing the proper handling, tracking, remediation, and reporting of all Hazardous Materials (HazMat) associated with or discovered during the SR400 Express Lanes Project.
