Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision. Ensure all copies of specifications and construction drawings are latest issue and distributes as required to the Superintendent(s). Works with construction crews and engineering leaders to plan field layout on the project site, ensuring appropriate utility and commercial lines are marked before production begins. Prepare RFP for important packages of work (precast, piles, concrete) in coordination with construction managers. Coordinate field works performed by subcontractors (sweeping, geotechnical campaign, orientations, coordination with H&amp;S). Attend meetings with potential suppliers in coordination with procurement department. Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal. Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches. Ability to function effectively as a team player and collaborator.
