The Inside Sales Specialist facilitates the sale of products by educating customers, understanding business processes, and supporting all sales activities. This position supports sales initiatives across the U.S. and Canada and is fully immersed in the company’s sales operations.PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate sales orders across the U.S. and Canada.</li><li>Coordinates with inside and outside sales teams.</li><li>Participate in customer visits and meetings.</li><li>Responsible for making outbound sales calls.</li><li>Organizes, plans, and assists sales-related business activities across the sales channel.</li><li>Generates and maintains: Pricing structures, Special Pricing Agreements, Quotations, maintains database, and reports analytics to internal teams.</li><li>Actively monitors sales contracts, edits when applicable.
