In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute our federal policy agenda to support Form Energy’s mission to transform the electric grid. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-impact relationships with the U.S. Department of Energy and other federal agencies, Congress, and key partners, while delivering measurable policy outcomes that advance our business and regulatory objectives.Reporting to the VP of Communications &amp; Corporate Affairs, you will be a key cross-functional leader, partnering with teams across the company—including commercial, supply chain, product, finance, and legal—to ensure Form’s priorities are reflected in legislative and regulatory initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing external lobbyists and consultants, ensuring strategic alignment, high performance, and compliance.
