The focus is on technological advancement and execution while balancing capabilities that are scalable, sustainable, secure and adopt to industry best practices while aligning to organizational needs. YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Identify high-impact opportunities to deploy AI, automation, machine learning, robotics, digital twins, and IIoT across manufacturing operations and distribution centers. Design and implement solutions.</li><li>Design, deliver and pilot solutions that capture real-time shop floor data and use AI to deliver continuous insight improvements to quality, safety, productivity, and maintenance.</li><li>Scale existing solutions to top revenue factories such as predictive maintenance to prevent downtime, AI vision inspection to improve quality, and pick to light to improve accuracy and picking speed.</li><li>Assist with standardizing MES across all three business segments and piloting MES AI capabilities.</li><li>Expand location tracking for asset, material, parts, and work in progress.</li><li>Build integrated workflows between OT systems (PLC, SCADA, MES) and IT platforms (ERP, PLM, BI tools).</li><li>Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through full deployment including scope definition, vendor engagement, finance, integration, testing, and change management.</li><li>Provide technical support for solutions until productionized.</li><li>Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and hands-on problem solving.</li><li>Recognized as a strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization.</li><li>Defines best practices standards and ensures adherence to them.</li><li>Optimize the technical application to business processes and expand to drive segment/function adoption.</li><li>Develops measurement criteria to evaluate programs and projects, reviews estimate on technical aspect of project.</li><li>Develops the value, financial, scope and risk criteria on projects while building consensus with cross segment OT/IT leaders.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field with ten (10) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.</li><li>Seven (7) years of experience in automotive or equipment manufacturing, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation or smart manufacturing initiatives.</li><li>Proven success deploying AI, automation, or IoT technologies in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of manufacturing operations including scheduling, fabrication, paint, assembly, shop floor machines, maintenance and processes.  </li><li>Deep understanding of OT/IT architecture, MES, ERP, and factory automation systems.</li><li>Strong executive presence and highly influential.</li><li>Experience providing business and technical leadership/guidance without direct authority</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10%.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Certifications in Industry 4.0, data science, Python, Java Script, Jython.</li><li>Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, Boomi, Highbyte or PTC ThingWorx.</li><li>Working knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) and edge computing solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with standards like ISA-95, MQTT, OPC-UA.</li><li>Previous experience at a fortune 500 company.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul></ul></div></div>Pay Range: $117,000.00 - $202,400.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
