Our facility in Windsor, ON is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their team! This individual will perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>1–3 years of experience in a maintenance shop, dealership service center, or industrial warehouse environment.</li><li>Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.</li><li>Maintain shop inventory.</li><li>Process all repair orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.</li><li>Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.</li><li>Assist with Accounts Payable.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul> Key Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>System savvy, strong proficiency with basic computer programs.</li><li>Experience with M5 is an ASSET.</li><li>Organization and data entry skills.</li><li>Available to work from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM and demonstrate flexibility to adjust hours as needed.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>100% employer paid benefits program</li><li>Group Retirement Savings Plan with Company Matching and Stock Options.</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Permanent full-time role</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
