We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support key functions across our DACH, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Italy.  The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations, and will use their knowledge and background to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels. This role will support the development and execution of an effective talent strategy that will accelerate business objectives and enable Lime to scale at a critical time in our journey. Additionally, you will be a natural bridge-builder, team player, problem solver, and sound counselor who demonstrates solid judgment and self-awareness. This is a full time fully remote HR Business Partner position based in Germany, France, London or Krakow and will require travel. What you'll do: <ul style=""><li>Provide strategic guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a deep understanding of the business needs and offering tailored HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, helping to align the People strategy with business goals.</li><li>Drive and oversee key talent processes, including annual performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent development programs.</li><li>Partner with leadership to implement talent management strategies that support organizational growth and employee development.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Ops, etc.) to develop and execute talent strategies aimed at employee engagement, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.</li><li>Work with business leaders to identify, design, and implement strategies for leadership development and team performance.</li><li>Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, creating opportunities for employees at all levels to develop their skills and reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in facilitation but also passionate about developing others.</li><li>Proactively address employee relations issues, using preventive techniques to resolve conflicts and mitigate potential risks before they escalate.</li><li>Foster a positive and productive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution strategies.</li><li>Analyze key HR data and employee metrics, such as engagement scores, performance trends, and turnover rates, to develop insights that inform talent retention and growth strategies.</li><li>Leverage data to identify patterns and areas of opportunity for improving employee engagement and performance.</li><li>Provide hands-on HR support across day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes and addressing employee queries in a timely manner.</li><li>Lead or participate in ad hoc projects, providing expertise and driving outcomes in various HR initiatives.</li></ul>About you: <ul style=""><li>Minimum 7+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor law, with significant experience supporting multiple countries within the EMEA region.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in the EMEA region, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country issues.</li><li>Previous experience in a fast-paced, global organization is preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence work behaviours and build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and reprioritize as needed in a high-velocity environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience using data to influence and inform decision making</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments </li><li>Demonstrated business acumen and critical thinking skills</li><li>Fluent in German/French/English, a third language would be a plus.</li></ul>#LI-TG1#LI-RemoteIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
