You’ll design and build scalable, distributed web and mobile applications that leverage thermal space imagery to improve water use efficiency and sustainability. Beyond writing code, you’ll shape the technical direction of teams, influence engineering culture, and proactively identify and solve high-impact challenges across the organization.Responsibilities<ul> <li> Cross-Team Leadership: Collaborate with multiple teams across the Engineering department to support their goals, improve deliverable quality, and resolve critical issues.</li> <li> Strategic Technical Direction: Identify systemic pain points and lead initiatives to address them with clear deliverables and milestones.</li> <li> Roadmap Planning: Drive quarterly planning and help define the technical roadmap in alignment with product and business objectives.</li> <li> Engineering Culture: Champion best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
