They collect key data inputs from various teams (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Mobility) to administer the disbursement of pay. The Payroll Administration Specialist is the face of payroll to Hitachi employees, working with third party payroll suppliers, Total Rewards COE, and BU HR to answer and resolve queries.
