<h2>Your contribution:</h2><h2>We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team and lead pursuit engineering activities for our automotive energy solutions. This customer-facing role requires a dynamic individual with experience in complex systems and the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously. This position is based in Hannover/ Limbach or Delbrück /Germany.</h2>Key Responsibilities: What you will do<ul><li>Lead pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.</li><li>Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored electronic solutions.</li><li>Design and develop electronic systems and components for energy storage solutions.</li><li>Work with Core Electronics Team to align electronic design to core platform designs as a starting baseline.</li><li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to customers from early customer engagement through project award.</li><li>Work with cross-functional engineering team to design energy storage systems to meet customer requirements with a specific focus on design for cost.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of electronic solutions.</li><li>Conduct electronic analysis, modeling, and simulation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in energy storage technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Who we look for<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
