Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site.</li><li>Knowledge of extrusion, raw materials bindings and 2D, 3D, multilayer snacks and pasta processing.</li></ul><ul><li>Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs.</li><li>Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.</li><li>Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services</li><li>To follow the internal expenses and travel policies</li><li>Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades.</li><li>Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.</li><li>Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70% of annual working days</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred</li><li>Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC &amp; servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC, and PC based control systems</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.</li><li>Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a “do whatever it takes” attitude.</li><li>Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently..</li><li>Be able to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical/electrical drawings.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner.</li><li>Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics.</li><li>Knowledge of English, knowledge of another language appreciated - Availability for national and international travel</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
