Regional Vice President, Sales

In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our West sales region and ensuring sales goals are achieved.</span></div><div><span></span></div><div><span>How you will make an impact:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives for growth.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team that is motivated to exceed sales targets and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring that the team is focused on closing deals and generating revenue.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying areas for growth and improvement</span></div></li><li><div><span>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Account Management, Implementation and Product groups to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Analyze sales data and metrics to measure progress, identify areas of opportunity, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance</span></div></li></ul><div><span>What you bring to Uplight:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.</span></div></li><li><div><span>10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including coaching and mentoring.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and metrics.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience in energy and utility markets and sales cycles</span></div></li><li><div><span>Ability to travel as required.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Don’t meet every single requirement?
