You'll be working with an experienced team of mechanical, electrical, and materials engineers and scientists. You will be responsible for taking improvement projects from concept to fully tested, documented, and implemented solutions. </span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Equipment Improvement &amp; Upgrades</strong> – Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to enhance tool reliability and process capabilities.</li><li><strong>Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting</strong> – Provide support for facility-level equipment, plasma reactors, and industrial control systems (PLCs, sensors, power supplies, etc.).</li><li><strong>Supplier &amp; Hardware Management</strong> – Work with suppliers to improve parts and integrate off-the-shelf hardware for automation and process control.</li><li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Documentation</strong> – Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems and develop procedures, checklists, and training materials.</li><li><strong>Installation &amp; Maintenance</strong> – Build, install, upgrade, and maintain equipment while providing technical support, including weekends as needed.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, ChemE, or similar from an ABET-accredited school.</li><li>5+ years of engineering experience.</li><li>Independent problem solver with hands-on experience designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.</li><li>Demonstrated safety leadership.</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">Wenatchee, located in eastern Washington alongside the Cascadian Mountains, is a beautiful recreational town with much to offer.
