This role will play a critical part in project financing, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support large-scale capital investments and operational growth.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Cash Management &amp; Forecasting: Oversee daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization. </li></ul><ul><li>Banking &amp; Financing: Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiate credit lines, and ensure compliance with loan covenants. </li></ul><ul><li>Project Finance: Structure and execute project financing strategies for large-scale manufacturing initiatives, including debt and equity financing. </li></ul><ul><li>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposures. </li></ul><ul><li>Capital Planning: Develop financial models to support investment decisions and expansion projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Treasury Policies &amp; Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, FP&amp;A, Operations) and external partners (banks, investors, regulatory agencies). </li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Extensive experience in project financing </li></ul><ul><li>Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or project finance, preferably within manufacturing or energy sectors. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of cash management, debt financing, and liquidity strategies. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in project finance, including structuring, modeling, and securing funding for capital-intensive projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with banking relationships, financial instruments, and risk mitigation strategies. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/TMS software. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. </li></ul> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100k-150k + 20% bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
